摘　　要：编辑的智能结构是编辑在创造性劳动中所必备的稳定的能够产生新思想、新发现和创造新事物的智能水平和独特的智能特征。编辑是推动出版业运作的主体 ,现代出版组织要求编辑进行智能重构。The editor's intelligence construction is for the editors to have stable level and feature to bring about the new ideas, to find and create the new things. Editors are the main force of the publishing industry to push the publishing industry to operate. Editors are requested to recombine their editorial intelligence structures by modern publishing organization.
