摘　　要：在社会保险制度的研究中,由于我们在方法论上盲目追随西方新古典主义的研究思路,对其隐含的理论假设前提以及西方社会特定的历史发展路径和社会文化传统缺乏必要的分析,从而导致了理论研究和国家政策上的种种误区。在社会保险制度的研究中引入制度主义,分析社会保险制度在不同文化背景下的起点、构成以及历史演变,从中归纳出其在不同文化背景下的构成和演变差异,有助于我们在认清西方社会保险制度现存形式及其改革趋势的同时,寻求到真正符合我国历史文化传统和现实社会经济条件的社会保险制度。The current paper introduces the system doctrine in the research of the social insurance system, analyses the starting point, composition and historical development of social insurance system under different cultural background and sums up the difference of its composition and development under different cultural background, helping us to set up a social security system, which matches the historical cultural tradition and the existing social and economic conditions.
