摘　　要：采用观察分析、文献资料、专家访问等方法,从篮球竞技发展的现实与历史角度进行研究,结论是中国男篮惧怕紧逼防守的根本原因是竞技理念缺失和管理工作滞后。主要表现在中国篮球长期片面追求队员高度并围绕高个队员训练和比赛,形成重攻轻守、攻优于守、对抗强度欠缺等现象,偏离了高水平篮球全面竞技理念。管理者也缺少预见性和强制性措施改变这种现象。转变观念,从管理上采取强制性对策,是男篮摆脱紧逼防守困扰的有效途径。In the thesis,with the method of observation and analysis,literature,expert visiting,the prime reason and countermeasure that Chinese men's basketball team is fear of presure defense are studied from now and history.The main research conclusion is as follows:The prime reason being fear of presure defense is caused by sports idea and stagnant management.The main aspects of which are not only paying attention to team height all along and focusing on center player in training and competition,but aslo attaching more importance to offense than defense,short of high intensity body-contact,and departing basketball sports idea,less compulsion and foresee that manager should change as well.The right approach is taking compulsive measure to break away from the fear by changing the concept.
