摘　　要：地方理论(Place Theory)在城市规划与设计研究领域中,代表着对环境设计研究的一种新角度和新方法,代表着当代城市设计研究的新视野。地方理论强调从地方性建构和地方感生产视角来分析,并解构城市空间环境的构成。本文结合笔者前些年关于"地方理论"(Place Theory)的研究探索,针对当前学界(地理科学、建筑与城市规划学、社会学等)对"地方理论"研究逐渐升温的趋势,进一步对地方理论进行系统分析,探讨地方理论的哲学渊源、本质内涵、解构构成及理念方法,从而为更多关注地方理论的学者提供研究经验与基础。Place Theory represents a new angle and a new method to environmental design research in the domain of urban planning and design research,also represents a new vision of contemporary urban design research.The Place Theory emphasizes on the analyzing from the angle produced by local construction and sense of place,and deconstructing the constitution of the urban space environment.In the field of urban and landscape spaces,local theory(sense of place) represents a new environmental research perspective and a new way to represent a new vision of contemporary city space development research.It emphasizes the human environmental perception,cognition and memory,in essence,is an interaction between culture and environment of space reproduction.This study attempts to place the theory as a starting point to explore the areas under the theoretical framework of the restructuring of urban space,regeneration from the city's historical,cultural landscape activation,innovation and industrial structure,urban form and design perspective the theoretical framework of the local regeneration of urban space under the concept of to enrich and improve the local theory,practice research,but also for urban planning and design studies to provide new ideas.
