摘　　要：结合以往对技术同化能力的不同定义 ,本文把技术同化定义为技术选择、技术吸收和技术应用的三阶段过程。Combining it to different definitions of technology assimilative capacity in the past,this text defines technology assimilation for three stages:technology choice,technology absorption and technical application. The text also considers the cultivation mechanism of enterprise technology assimilative capacity from two aspects:one from the spire model based on enterprise R&D activities,and the other from technology spillovers.
