摘　　要：随着留学生教育事业的发展，越来越多的留学生来到中国攻读学位，来华留学研究生的跨文化适应问题引起人们的关注。如何在跨文化教育的背景下采取有效的管理对策帮助留学生尽快完成跨文化适应过程成为高校留学生管理人员需要思考与探究的重要课题。With the development of foreign students' education, more and more students come to China to pursue a degree, cross-cultural adaptation of graduate students to study in China cause for concern. How to adopt effective management stra-tegies to help students complete the cross-cultural adaptation process management has become an important subject of uni-versity students and staffs need to think in intercultural education background.
