摘 要:对云南弥勒5个主栽和主推甘蔗品种桂糖1 1号、ROC22、ROC16、福农91-21、ROC96-38等进行甘蔗温水脱毒种苗与常规种苗田间种植对比试验,结果表明:甘蔗温水脱毒种苗较常规种苗新植蔗增产8.73~29.58 t/hm2,增幅8.5%~28.5%;宿根蔗增产17.055~32.37 t/hm2,增幅17.7%~43.7%,温水脱毒种苗更有利于宿根蔗增产.Comparative experiment of five sugarcane cultivars including Guitang NO.11, ROC22,ROC16 and Funong91-21, ROC96-38 was conducted in Mile city of Yunnan Province. After treated in hot water for disease free, the new planted sugarcane seedlings and ratoon seedlings show good performance in yield, production increased by 8.73~29.58 t/hm2and 17.055~32.37 t/hm2while the rate of increase are in the range of 8.5%~28.5% and 17.7%~43.7% respectively. This indicated that ratoon sugarcane seedling is prefer to hot water treatment rather than the convention.
