摘　　要：目的探讨外周血和蜕膜组织中白介素-22(interleukin-22,IL-22)水平与原因不明复发性流产(unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,URSA)的相关性。方法以15例URSA患者为研究组,15例正常早孕(normal pregnancy,NP)要求人流的患者为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附试验法(enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay,ELISA)检测两组患者外周血血浆和蜕膜组织中IL-22的含量,并分析IL-22与URSA的相关性。结果 URSA组患者血浆和蜕膜组织中IL-22的水平分别为(179.78±10.86)pg/ml、(199.46+11.60)pg/ml,均显著高于对照组中血浆(105.33±6.61)pg/ml与蜕膜组织(109.98±6.61)pg/ml中IL-22水平(t=2.67,P<0.01;t=5.70,P<0.01),而蜕膜组织中IL-22细胞因子的表达与外周血中的表达水平无明显差异并呈正相关(r=0.82,P=0.01)。结论 URSA患者外周血及蜕膜组织中IL-22水平明显升高,表明IL-22水平变化与URSA的发生有一定的相关性,IL-22可能参加了URSA的发病机制。Objective To detect the expression of interleukin-22(IL-22) in peripheral plasma and deciduas of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA), and to explore the relationship between IL-22 level and URSA. Method 15 URSA patients and 15 normal pregnancy(NP) patients were enrolled in this study. The levels of IL-22 in peripheral plasma and deciduas were quantified by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA). The relationships between these results and disease were analyzed. Results Plasma and deciduas IL-22 levels in URSA patients were (179.78 ± 10.86) pg/ml and (199.46 ± 11.60) pg/ml, and were significantly higher than that of NP controls (t=2.67, P<0.01; t=5.70, P<0.01). It is not obvious difference but positive correlation between the IL-22 levels in peripheral plasma and the deciduas(r=0.82, P=0.01). Conclusions The expression of interleukin-22(IL-22) in peripheral plasma and deciduas showed a obviously increased in URSA patients, it demonstrated that elevated IL-22 may play an important role in the immunopathogenesis of URSA.
