摘　　要：随着我国农产品流通体系的建设,农产品流通标准化也得到了较快发展,但对鲜食果蔬的城市配送这一领域却涉及甚少,在某种程度上造成了目前果蔬配送从业者凭经验操作、主观性强、不注重规范性的现状。本文针对这一情况,探讨提出了根据鲜食果蔬城市配送的独有特点制定相关标准的原则和方法。With the construction of agricultural product circulation system, the standardization of agricultural products circulation has rapidly developed, but it has not much involved in the urban distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables, causing the existing problems that the workers of urban distribution operate subjectively based on experience without standardized methods. According to this situation, the paper puts forward the principles and methods of developing relevant standards according to the unique characteristics of urban distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables.
