运用综合标准化方法推进国家科技平台标准化建设

摘　　要：科技平台标准化是一项系统工程。本文对综合标准化以及科技平台标准化的定义、内涵和特点进行了详细阐述和分析,指出综合标准化方法符合科技平台标准化的建设需求,能够为科技平台标准化开辟新路。本文提出了运用综合标准化方法开展科技平台标准化工作的实施步骤,并给出了有关建议。Standardization construction of National Science and Technology Infrastructure (NSTI for short) is a systematic project. Based on the theory of comprehensive standardization, this paper deeply analyses its definition, connotation and characteristics and points out that comprehensive standardization can meet the demands of constructing standardized NSTI, paving the way for promoting the NSTI construction. Also, this paper proposes the implementation steps when using comprehensive standardization method to carry out NSTI construction and gives related suggestions.
