摘　　要：本文概述了项目管理体系和油气输送钢管驻厂监理发展情况,详细探讨了如何采用项目管理标准科学方法实施驻厂监理项目管理,并介绍了油气输送钢管驻厂监理项目如何启动、规划、执行、监控、收尾以及变更,为油气输送管道工程项目监理提供依据或参考。The project management system is briefly introduced and the development of mill supervision and inspection for oil and gas pipe line project is summarized in this articles. It also discusses how to use scientific standards of project management system to implement supervision and inspection projects, as well as introduces how to manage the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, closing and change for the projects, which provide the basis and reference for mill supervision and inspection of oil and gas pipe line engineering project.
