摘  要:聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维非常适合制作成耐高温过滤材料,在袋式除尘器中应用广泛。由于PTFE抗蠕变性能差,为保证PTFE针刺非织造过滤材料长期工作的稳定性,对其蠕变性能进行了研究,并对常温试验数据进行了处理分析,建立了适合该过滤材料的六元件并联模型,并用origin软件验证了其可行性。PTFE fibers was suitable for made resistant high temperature filtration material and was used in baghouse duster widely .Pure PTFE with base fabric needle-punched nonwoven filtration material was tested the creep behavior due to the poor creep property and for needs of stability of its long time work . Through the processing and analysis on the data of general temperature experiment , the six components parallel model for acupuncture filter was established and then used the origin software to verify the feasibility.
