摘 要:将以PPS机织物为基布的PPS/PET海岛型复合纤维针刺毡作为研究对象,以其碱处理后的失重率来衡量开纤水平,研究了四种主要因素对开纤的影响,确定了合理的开纤工艺,获得PPS超细纤维针刺毡。研究表明,NaOH溶液浓度、开纤时间、开纤温度和碱促剂A浓度的增大均能促进针刺毡的开纤,其中后三者的影响较大。最佳的开纤工艺是:NaOH溶液质量浓度60 g/L,碱促剂A质量浓度2 g/L,开纤温度100℃,开纤时间60 min,设定浴比为1∶30。Regard needle felt of PPS/PET sea-island composite fiber as the research object , taking the rate of alkali reduction after an alkali treatment measured the level of filament spread .The influence of four kinds of main factors on filament spread was studied , and a reasonable filament spread process to get the PPS micro fiber needle felt was determined .The results showed that the concentration of lye , time, temperature and the concentration of accelerator could all promote the needle felt ’ s filament spread process .The last three kinds factors could take a greater impact .The optimum filament spread process is as follows:the concentration of NaOH is 60 g/L, the concentration of accelerator is 2 g/L, processing temperature is 100 ℃and time is 60 min, the liquor ratio is 1∶30.
