摘 要:采用壳聚糖纤维、黏胶纤维和涤纶制备了一种新型水刺复合医用敷料。对不同壳聚糖纤维含量、不同纤网结构的复合医用敷料的吸液性、扩散性和透湿性等吸湿性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:复合医用敷料的吸液量、透湿量随着壳聚糖纤维含量的增加而增加;纤网复合结构比纤维混合结构有较高的吸液量和透湿量;杂乱排列的纤网结构相对于平行排列的纤网结构,吸湿性能大大改善。A new type spunlaced composite wound dressing was prepared by the chitosan fibers , viscose fiber and polyester fiber .The moisture absorption properties such as the absorbency , diffusion and permeability of spunlaced composite wound dressing manufactured from different chitosan fiber content and different web structures were measured and analysed .The results showed that the absorbtion amount , permea-bility amount of composite wound dressing increased with increased chitosan fiber content ; composite fiber web structure got better absorbtion amount and permeability amount than blended fiber structure ;mixed and disorderly arrangement of fiber web structure relative to the parallel arrangement of fiber web structure , absorption properties were greatly improved .
