摘　　要：本文从网络、终端设备和业务三个方面对国际三网融合现状进行分析;研究美国、欧洲有线电视运营商的业务发展情况和运营模式,探究国际有线电视运营商业务定位和发展策略。This paper analysed international triple play development status from three aspects: network, terminal equipment and business, studied business options and development status of business launched by cable television corporations in United States and Europe,and explored business positions and development strategies of international cable television corporations.
