摘　　要：经过多年的发展,有线电视产业已经完成了产业主体的企业化改造和经营体制的市场化。随着三网融合的深入,我国有线电视产业发展正处在一个关键阶段。如何理清中国三网融合及有线电视行业发展的总体趋势,探索符合中国三网融合战略规划和行业现实状态的有线电视产业发展策略是目前亟待解决的问题,本文就有线电视的产业特性、市场格局、用户需求等发展现状以及资源整合、资金投入、效益挖掘等方面的问题进行分析,就其中的部分要点提出对有线电视产业发展的一些思路和建议。The cable TV industry has established the embryonic form of market system. With development of triple net convergence, the industry of our country is at a critical stage. Many problems have to be solved, such as clarification of trends of the convergence and the industry's development, and exploration of the strategy that conforms to convergence's plan. The paper analyses CATV industry's characteristics, market pattern, user requirements, resources integration, capital investment and benefit mining, and proposes some suggestions about the industry's development.
