摘 要:芳砜纶和芳纶在耐热材料领域有广泛的应用,但鉴别两种纤维的有效方法的缺失给正常的纺织品贸易市场带来了严重的影响。纺织纤维鉴别是基于各种纤维的物理与化学性能,并通过与标准图片、标准谱和标准数据比较,来识别未知纤维的类型。阐述了芳砜纶和芳纶的物理、化学性质,如表面形态、聚集态结构、热性能等,并表明红外光谱图、热分析、X光射线衍射、双折射分析是鉴别两种高性能纤维的有效方法。Polysulfonamide and aramid had a wide range of applications in heat-resistant materials areas,but the lack of effective distinguishing methods had seriously influenced the normal textiles trade. Textile fiber identification which based on a variety of fiber physical,chemical and other properties,and through comparing with the standard picture,standard spectra and standard data,could be used to identify the type of unknown fiber. The physical and chemical properties of polysulfonamide and aramid,such as surface morphology, aggregation structure,thermal properties and so on,were described,and found that infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction and birefringence were effective distinguishing methods for these highperformance fibers.
