摘  要:丝光处理是一个常规的化学过程,可用于提高棉织物的拉伸强度、可染性和光泽度。织物的几何结构和纱线结构对织物性能影响也很大。研究结果显示紧密纺纱线相比传统、环锭纺纱线纤维迁移率和迁移幅值都高。纤维迁移使紧密纺纱线的纺纱三角最小化,且堆积密度更高。进一步研究结果表明:紧密纺纱线在韧性、延伸性和毛羽方面具有更好的纺纱性能。研究比较了相同纤维组成及织物结构条件下,热丝光前后紧密纺纱线和传统环锭纺纱线的织物性能。Mercerization is an established chemical process for enhancing tensile strength,dyeability and luster of cotton.The fabric properties are also influenced largely by the fabric geometry and the structure of the yarn used. It was shown that the rate of fiber migration as well as amplitude of migration is higher in compact spun yarn.This fiber migration results in minimizing spinning triangle and higher packing density of compact yarn.Further research has shown that compact yarn possess better yarn properties with respect to tenacity,elongation and hairiness. In the present research work,an attempt has been made to compare fabric properties of compact and conventional ring yarn at normal stress spun from the same fiber mixing and of same fabric structure,before and after hot mercerization.
