摘　　要：建立国土资源信息公共服务平台,实现信息服务的集成整合,推进国土资源管理部门服务型政府建设是国土资源信息化"十二五"规划中明确的重要内容。本文从技术选型和逻辑模型、建设内容以及基于门户网站的实现设计三个方面,对国土资源公共服务建设进行了探索和分析,并结合部本级国土资源公共服务建设情况进行了全面阐述。实践证明,国土资源公共服务建设能够提升国土资源信息服务水平,更好实现服务国土资源管理、服务社会的功能。The establishment of the platform relative to the public service information on land resources to achieve the integration of information services and promote the management of the government's service-oriented is clearly an important element of the 'Twelfth Five-Year Plan' in respect of computerization on land resources. This paper describes and analyzes the situation in relation to the construction of the platform of public service from four aspects such as the choice of technology, the logic model, the contents of the implementation and the realization this design based on the official website, while taking into account the situation of these activities within the Ministry. Practice has proved that the establishment of this platform could promote the level of services computelization and provide the best services to the management of land and resources and the exploitation of social benefit.
