基于水资源合理利用的蔬菜产业结构调整研究

摘　　要：张家口地区蔬菜产业已成为当地农业的支柱型产业,但蔬菜种植用水量大,部分蔬菜产区用水日趋紧张,水环境条件恶化。通过分析张家口地区缺水、水资源分布不均、水污染不断加剧和蔬菜灌溉水资源浪费等一系列问题,说明该区域水资源已不能继续支撑未来蔬菜产业的发展模式。提出根据当地水资源的数量和质量,调整蔬菜产业结构和布局,补给基础设施建设,保护水源生态和改革水价制度等措施。Vegetable industry has become a pillar industry of local agriculture in Zhangjiakou,but due to huge water consumption and worsening water environment, some vegetables growing district face the shortage of water.Analysis of the water shortage,uneven distribution of water resources,water pollu-tion and the waste of vegetable growing irrigation shows the water resources in this area can not continue to support the future development of the vegetable industry model.Some countermeasures are proposed, such as to adjust the industrial structure and layout of vegetable industry,to supply the infrastructure,to protect the water ecology and to reform the water prices according to quantity and quality of local water re-sources.
