集约视角下的东京湾临海工业建设

摘　　要：位于东京湾内的京滨、京叶临海工业带是日本重化工产业发展最为成熟的工业带,其工业总产值及人均产值均位居日本临海工业带之首,区域内建有世界级石油化学产业基地,用地集约特性突出。文章分析了京滨、京叶临海工业带在航运建设、工业技术引进、产业集群建设、造陆形制等方面的经验。并结合我国临海工业区建设情况,从区位选择、港口工业一体化建设、产业组织等方面,探讨可为我国借鉴之处。Keihin and Keiyo coastal industrial zone located in Tokyo Bay are the most two developed industrial zone on the aspect of heavy chemical industry in Japan. The gross value of industrial output and per capita output rank the first in all the Japan coastal industrial zone. It built world-class petrochemical industry bases in coastal industrial zone, and it show more intensive features in land use. The author analyzes the experience in shipping construction, industrial technology, industrial cluster and reclamation pattern in Keihin and Keiyo coastal industrial zone. Finally, the paper put forward the references from the aspects of industrial location, port- industry integration, industrial organization, and etc. based on the situation of China coastal industrial zone.
