摘　　要：先进的政党文化是政党软实力的重要组成部分。党要代表先进文化的前进方向,首先要求其自身的政党文化必须具有先进性。要建设先进的中国共产党政党文化,必须深刻理解先进文化的本质,做到以人为本,准确把握先进政党文化建设的价值取向;解放思想,推动政党文化建设理论创新;实事求是,增强政党文化建设科学理性;与时俱进,始终保持政党文化建设先进性;求真务实,切实提升先进政党文化建设成效。Advanced political culture is an important part of the soft power of political parties,the party must represent the direction of advanced culture first of all,its own political party culture must be advanced.To build advanced political culture of the Communist Party of China,We must have a profound understanding of the nature of the advanced culture,follow the people-oriented principle and accurately grasp the value orientation of the construction of advanced political party culture,must emancipate our thinking in a bold way and promote the innovation of the political party culture construction theory,must adhere to the principle of seek truth from facts, and strengthen construction of political culture of scientific rationality,must keep pace with the times and always maintain the advanced nature of party culture construction,must adhere to the principle of seeking truth and improve the effect of the construction of advanced culture.
