中美战略文化差异性探究——基于《中国武装力量的多样化运用》与《美国国防战略指针》的解读

摘　　要：战略文化是国家战略决策者在国家安全事务方面的战略思维模式。《中国武装力量的多样化运用》与《美国国防战略指针》在战略环境的认识、国际冲突的看法、暴力效用的理解上均有明显不同,凸显了中国合作型战略文化与美国冲突型战略文化的差异。中国应通过建构成熟的合作型战略文化、加强与美国的战略互动、充分利用美国战略文化的弱点来有效地规避美国的战略压力,掌握未来中关战略博弈的主动权。Strategic culture is the strategic thinking mode that national strategic decision makers have in the aspect of national security.The Diversified Employment ofChina's Armed Forces and U.S.Defense Strategic Guidance are different in the understanding of the strategic environment,in the view of international conflicts,and in the understanding of the effect of the force.It shows differences between cooperative strategic culture of China and offensive strategic culture of America.China should construct mature cooperative strategic culture,strengthen strategic interaction with the United States,and take advantage of the weaknesses and flaws of American strategic culture,to effectively reduce the strategic pressure of America,and to gain initiative in future Sino-US strategic gaming.
