摘　　要：培养高素质的教学管理队伍有助于促进新疆高校的可持续发展,由于新疆特殊的地理位置和经济发展的制约,新疆高校教学管理队伍建设相对内地高校较为落后,文章通过对新疆师范大学的教学管理队伍进行分析,根据新疆高校的发展特点提出了改进和加强新疆高校教学管理队伍建设的对策。Train high-quality teaching management team helps the sustainable development in Xinjiang, Due to the special geographical location and economic development are constrained in Xinjiang. The teaching management of higher education institutes in Xinjiang relatively lagging behind the mainland universities. The essay analyzed the teaching management team by Xinjiang Normal University. According to the development characteristics of Higher education institutes in Xinjiang, some measures were proposed to improve and strengthening the teaching management.
