摘　　要：教学秘书工作联系着学院教学管理者和教学工作的实施者,不断完善的教务信息管理系统有效地推动了教学管理的水平。然而,随着高校的变革,教学秘书工作也出现了二级管理的体制,如何正确地认识自己的工作,不断提高自身业务水平有着十分重要的意义。Education secretary working relates with the college teaching managers and implementers, and constantly im-prove the educational information management system to effectively promote the level of teaching management. However, with the change in universities, teaching secretarial work also appeared second institutional management, how to correctly understand their work, and continuously improve their professional level has very important significance.
