摘  要:大学学习型学术团队是指在大学内,为实现某个全体成员认可的学术目标而凝聚在一起的学术团队中,每个成员能自觉地不断获取新知、共同分享知识,而团队为学术成员的个人及团队学习提供保障,促使整个团队不断发挥学习功效以求在瞬息万变的环境中不断地创新与发展。大学学习型学术团队的基本特征具有融合学术自由的团队学习理念;实行开放、民主的管理;具备促进团队学习的机制;具有领导角色的转化;有利于团队学习的文化氛围。University learning academic team means in the university, in order to achieve all the members of a recognized academic goals and gather together the academic team, each member can consciously and constantly get new knowledge, share knowledge, and a member of the academic team individual and team learning to provide protection to promote the ef-fectiveness of the entire team in order to continue to play a learning constant innovation and development in a rapidly chan-ging environment. Learning the basic characteristics of university academic team with a blend of team learning the concept of academic freedom;implementation of open, democratic management;possess mechanisms to promote team learning;has transformed leadership roles;conducive to team learning culture atmosphere.
