摘　　要：就业指导工作是高校辅导员工作的一项重要内容。目前大部分高校普遍以开设就业指导课程作为开展就业指导工作的具体措施,其中存在一些问题,如就业指导课程建设不完善、就业指导方式单一、学生专业意识与职业发展意识不强等。本文试对以上问题进行剖析,并提出针对性的对策。Employment guidance is an important part of college counselors' work. Currently, most colleges and universities in gen-eral open employment guidance courses as specific measures for employment guidance, where there are some problems, such as inadequate career guidance curriculum construction, employment guidance single way, students develop professional awareness and professional awareness is not strong. This paper tries to analyze these problems and propose specific measures.
