摘　　要：文章针对目前我国高校大学生就业现状,依据人力资本的相关理论,分析了人力资本的价值对大学生就业所产生的影响,同时从我国经济现状出发,分析了我国高校毕业生当前就业所面临的共性问题,提出了只有提升我国大学生的人力资本价值内涵才是拓宽大学生就业渠道、增强大学生就业能力的根本途径.For employment situation of college students in China at present, according to the theory of human capital, the influence of the value of human capital generated employment for college students, but from the economic status quo, analyzes the common problems of the current employment of college graduates are facing, made only to enhance the value of our college connotation of human capital is to broaden employment channels college students, the fundamental way to enhance the employability of university students.
