摘　　要：高等教育具有科技第一生产力和人才第一资源重要结合点的独特功能，高校的根本任务是培养人才。通过提升高校协同创新能力，培养创新型人才，实施创新驱动战略，对于增强综合国力具有十分重要的意义。Higher education has the unique features of technology first productivity significant resources and talent combi-nation, the fundamental task of universities is to cultivate talent. Enhance the ability of colleges and universities through col-laborative innovation, cultivating innovative talents, innovation-driven implementation of the strategy for enhancing the overall national strength has very important significance.
