摘　　要：相对于高校传统的心理健康教育中的消极心理学来说,积极心理学关注的大学生自身积极的品质,两者之间有本质上的不同。本文基于积极心理学的理论视角,对加强大学生心理健康的意义以及重要性进行分析,并提出了一系列行之有效的对策,以期推进当前高校大学生心理健康教育工作的创新和开展。Relative to the negative psychology in traditional college education in mental health, positive psychology concerned students' positive qualities, there are essentially differences between the two. Based on the theoretical perspective of positive psychology, to strengthen the significance and the importance of mental health for analysis, and proposed a series of effective measures to promote innovation and to carry out the current college students' psychological health education.
