摘　　要：文章通过问卷方式，抽样调查当前大学生党员思想状况，了解学生党员入党动机、理想信念、宗教信仰、政治学习、组织生活、党群关系、模范作用等方面的看法与态度，从而充分了解和分析大学生党员的思想状况，积极探索大学生党员思想建设的有效方法与途径，加强对学生党员的管理和教育，进一步提高大学生党员思想政治教育的针对性与实效性。Our college students lack the habit of regular exercise,and this fact will also affect the health of students,therefore,we should pay more attention to issues of health and sports college students.In addition to the actual teaching physical education curriculum,they should think about how to make lifelong learners exercise habits,encourage students to actively engage in sports activities as soon as possible to enable students to develop the habit of regular exercise to enhance physical fitness,will be one focus of future research on physical education.
