清末民初珲春地区旗人精英的乡村统治(上)

摘　　要：丰富的满汉文档案和方志史料记录了清末民初珲春地区旗人经济和政治影响力的消长情况,揭示了这一地区旗人精英阶层所经历的经济、政治和地位的变化,同时反映出清末民初剧变时期旗人集团所经历的变化。进而可知,东北地区的旗人并未受到清末新政或辛亥革命等政治变革的影响,并未沦为受歧视的被统治阶层,而是依然保持着其统治地位,掌控着地方统治秩序。Abundant Manchu,Chinese documents and local Chronicles have recorded growth and decline of economical,political influences of banners in Hunchun region in the late Qing dynasty. They reveal the economical,political and social status' changes that banner elites suffered. So we can know,banners in northeast which were not influenced by new policy and the 1911 revolution were not treated as the class ruled by others but still the ruling class who charged the local policy.
