摘 要:青海油田在注好水,注上水,精细注水,有效注水上狠下功夫,根据油藏的地质特点进行了更多层段的细分层注水,目前青海油田在部分油藏实现了十封十配分层注水。验封(检查井下封隔器的密封性)作为油田注水开发中的一项重要环节,将直接影响下步分层调配工作的有效开展。由于传统验封工艺技术存在施工效率低、工序繁琐,劳动强度大等缺点,因此迫切需要研究适合分注井的新型验封技术。本文对研究应用的直读验封测试技术,从原理方法、仪器结构、技术特点、应用情况进行了论述。由于该技术具有地面直读、密封件橡胶件压缩量可控、定位座封、解封可靠、一次下井逐层段验封等优点,经现场大量测试应用证实该技术成功率高,可为井下封隔器的密封状况检查提供一种全新的手段,具有广泛的应用和推广前景。Abstact: Currently,each oilfield is always putting more efforts to inject water well,sufficiently,elaborately and effectively,settling firm foundation for implementing stable oil and controlling water. As a very important part in oilfield water injection development,checking the sealing condition of down-hole packer will directly influence effective development in the following layer mixture. This paper has manufactured direct reading test seal testing technology from traditional test seal craft which has low defects in success rate,discussing this technology from principle method,apparatus structure,technical characteristics and application. Owing to having some advantages like ground direct reading,controlled packing cup amount of compression,locating seat of reliable deblocking etc.,this technology owns very high success rate via a large abundance of test applications. Therefore,this technology can provide a type of new means,having extensive applications and promotion prospects.
