摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜联合胃镜治疗贲门失弛缓症的可行性及疗效。方法:2010年11月～2012年7月对7例贲门失弛缓症患者施行腹腔镜联合胃镜食管贲门括约肌切开加胃底折叠术。结果:7例手术均获成功,平均手术时间85min,无出血和食管贲门口瘘发生。所有患者术后症状明显缓解。结论:腹腔镜联合胃镜食管贲门括约肌切开加胃底折叠术治疗贲门失弛缓症是可行的,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。Objective:Laparoscopy combined with endoscopy in treatment of achalasia of the feasibility and efficacy . Methods:In 2010 November to 2012 July 7 cases of achalasia underwent laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy esophagus and cardia sphincter incision plus fundoplication .Results:7 cases of operation were successful ,the average operation time was 85min,no bleeding and esophageal fistula .Symptoms were relieved in all patients after operation .Conclusion:Laparos-copy combined with gastroscopy esophagus and cardia sphincter incision plus fundoplication for achalasia of the cardia is feasible,and has the advantages of small trauma ,quick recovery ,fewer complications .
