摘  要:目的:探讨患者体内纤维蛋白原(FIB)、超敏C-反应蛋白(CRP)及血气分析在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的变化及临床意义。方法:采集72例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者入院时、治疗10天后病情平稳血标本,测定纤维蛋白原、超敏CRP及动脉血气分析,用52例正常体检者作为对照。结果:患者组治疗前纤维蛋白原、超敏CRP与治疗后及对照组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且患者组治疗前FIB与CRP成正相关,与PaO2和SaO2均呈负相关。结论:凝血纤溶功能异常在COPD的发生及发展中起重要作用,且与CRP和缺氧有密切联系。Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significances of the fibrinogen (FIB),high sensitivity C-reactive protein ( CRP) and blood gas analysis in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) .Meth-ods:Fibrinogen,levels of serum CRP and arteria blood gas analysis were detected in 72 COPD patients before and after treatment as well as in 52 healthy controls .Results:Fibrinogen and levels of serum CRP were significantly higher in COPD patients before treatment than those after treatmen and healthy controls (P<0.05).Fibrinogen in COPD patients was posi-tively correlations with serum CRP ,and that was negative correlations with PaO 2 and SaO2 .Conclusion:Coagulation and fi-brinolysis dys-function plays an important role in the occurrence and development of COPD ,and is closely linked with the CRP and hypoxia .
