海南特类材树种扦插育苗技术研究

摘　　要：通过对五种海南特类材珍贵树种,不同促根剂多种浓度、不同季节、穗条木质化程度扦插育苗试验。结果表明:海南紫荆木、野荔枝和坡垒扦插难以生根成活,降香黄檀(花梨)和红花天料木在浓度150mg/L吲哚丁酸处理下生根率最高分别为89.2%和80.6%;降香黄檀不同部位插穗生根率存在显著差异,其中下部扦插生根率最高为80.7%;红花天料木不同部位插穗扦插生根率无差异;降香黄檀、红花天料木不同季节扦插生根率存在显著差异,其中以夏季(6月)最高,分别为90.2%和83.1%。Through a variety of different concentration treatment by root-promoted agent, different degree of lignification cutting treatment in different seasons on five Hainan special commmercial wood species. The results showed that M.hainanensis, D.angustata and H.hainanensis cuttings in the mixed culture with red soil, river sand and coconut(6:3:1) chaff mixed matrix were hard to take roots. when D.odorifera and H.hainanense are treated by 150 mg/L indolebutyric acid, the top rooting rates were 89.2% and 80.6%, respectively; There were significant difference in the cuttings rooting rate of different parts of D.odorifera, the top cuttings rooting rate of lower part of D.odorifera was 80.7%, there were no significant differences in the cuttings rooting rate of different parts of H.hainanense, Cuttings in different seasons, there were significant differences in the rooting rates of D.odorifera and H.hainanense, in summer(June) the top rooting rates were 90.2% and 83.1%, respectively.
