摘 要:目前,原油常压蒸馏塔顶部流程多采用设置顶循环回流的同时,塔顶油汽也参与原油换热,并采用一段冷凝冷却流程。个别企业原油常压蒸馏塔顶部和塔顶油汽冷凝冷却系统,出现了腐蚀加剧的趋势。提出了取消常压塔顶循环回流,塔顶油汽采用两段冷凝冷却及热回流的工艺流程,并避免常顶油汽在第一段冷凝换热过程中有凝结水产生,以减轻常压塔顶部和塔顶油汽换热器的腐蚀。通过技术经济对比分析,探讨原油常压蒸馏塔顶部流程设置的合理性及经济性。At present,top pump-around is generally designed for atmospheric distillation column,and overhead vapor is heat exchanged with crude oil and condensed in one stage condensation.The corrosion in the top section of atmospheric distillation columns and overhead vapor condensation systems in a few refineries has been intensified.This article introduces a process flow which removes the top pump-around in atmospheric distillation column and uses two-stage condensation and hot reflux for the overhead vapor to avoid the formation of condensate in the first-stage condensation,so as to minimize the corrosion in the top section of atmospheric distillation column and overhead vapor heat exchanger. The rationality and economics of this process flow are discussed based on technical and economical comparison and analysis.
