摘 要:针对某一型号大流量高速泵运行过程中径向力过大和诱导轮轴端跳动过大的情况,对此进行了3处改型设计。导叶设计为具有3个出口、均匀分布的扩散体,叶轮设计为径向直叶片开式叶轮,诱导轮设计为变螺距结构形式。实验结果表明,改型后的高速泵具有可靠的外特性曲线和优良的汽蚀性能。长时间的现场可靠运行证实径向力和轴端跳动大幅减少。Aiming at the existing problems of a large flow rate high-speed centrifugal pump including too high radial force and excessive inducer shaft beating,three modified designs are carried out in this paper.The guide vane is designed as a diffuser with three discharge exits which are uniformly distributed,the centrifugal impeller is designed as an open type impeller with radial straight blades,and the inducer is designed as variable-pitch structure form.Experimental results show that the modified high-speed centrifugal pump has reliable external characteristic curve and good cavitation performance.Long period of reliable operation confirms that the radial force and shaft beating are significantly decreased.
