摘 要:研究采用以电絮凝技术为核心,结合了加药软化、快速沉淀、多介质过滤等工艺的组合技术方法处理催化剂高悬浮物废水,脱除悬浮物,降低废水浊度和总硬度。中试结果表明,催化剂高悬浮物废水经过电絮凝沉降方法,出水能够满足排放标准。总硬度可下降70%,悬浮物脱除率可达到98%以上,浊度去除率可达到99%以上。In order to treat high suspended solid(SS) catalyst wastewater, remove suspended solids and reduce the wastewater turbidity and total hardness, the combined process is studied by adopting electroflocculation technology as the core, drug-feeding softening, rapid precipitation and medium filtering, etc. The pilot-study indicates that the combined process is able to make the high suspended solid catalyst wastewater meet the emission standards, with the total hardness down by 70%, the suspended solids removal rate up to 98% and the turbidity removal rate over 99%.
