摘　　要：随着光缆在现代机场空管通信线路中的比重越大,对光缆建设的规范及对建成后的维护和管理尤为重要和迫切,本文分析了民航空管现有光缆通信系统中存在的问题,结合空管通信的特点与通信组网现状,提供了一套全面的光缆建设与管理维护途径,介绍了系列基于GIS的光缆建设与管理维护的解决方案,为实际解决民航空管通信的光缆链路保障提供一种全面完整的建设设计思路。As the prevalence of optical cable communication in modern airport air-traffic management, it is important and urgent to standardize the optical cable construction and maintenance management after built. According to the requirements of communication link support guaranteed by optical cable, after analyzing problems in the civil air traffic control communication system, a whole set of solutions guiding cable construction and maintenance management are provided, which is coherent to the features of air-traffic control communication and the current network situation. The series of solutions are based on GIS, which are comprehensive and practical.
