上海自贸区建设与扬州经济发展对策

摘　　要：上海自贸区建设是我国改革开放进入新阶段的战略需要。上海自贸区的制度框架体现为转变政府职能,扩大投资开放,转变贸易发展方式,深化金融领域开放,营造良好的监管和税收环境。上海自贸区的建设不仅给上海,还给全国乃至世界都将带来重要影响,作为上海经济圈重要节点城市的扬州,应该立足自身特色优势,主动构建与上海自贸区融合、对接、服务的渠道,尽早融入长三角和上海经济圈核心区。It is necessary to construct China( Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone( CPFTZ) when our reform and opening-up enter into a new stage. The institutional framework of CPFTZ is embodied by transferring government function,expanding the investment openness,transforming the mode of trade development,deepening the financial sectors and building a sound regulatory and tax environment. The construction of CPFTZ will bring about important influence not only to Shanghai but also to our whole country and even the world. As an important city within Shanghai Economic Circle,Yangzhou should set up a channel to merge into,joint with and serve CPFTZ based on its own special advantage,thus integrating into the core of Yangtze River Delta and Shanghai Economic Circle as soon as possible.
