摘　　要：误差预算对精密机械系统优化设计有重要意义,在精密和超精密机床的设计制造中不可或缺。对国内外在该领域的研究进行概述,分别在误差预算的总体流程、组合规则和误差预算应用研究等方面进行展开,最后指出误差预算研究的不足和未来研究趋势。Error budgeting is quite meaningful for optimal design of precision mechanical systems,which is indispensible in the design and manufacturing of precision and ultraprecision machine tool. The domestic and overseas researches on overall flow,combinatorial rule and application of error budgeting are briefly reviewed,finally the weakness and future trend of research on error budget are pointed out.
