摘　　要：分析了主轴编码器故障和换档故障原因,根据主轴换档原理和ZF变速箱使用指南提出了变速箱循环冷却的解决措施,指出了机床维修和润滑管理的注意事项。This article analyzed the cause of the spindle encoder trouble and the spindle gear change trouble,it produced the resolved method of the cycle cooling of ZFgearbox based on the theory of the spindle gear change and the use of ZFgearbox,and pointed out some attentions of the machine maintenance and lubrication manage.
