摘　　要：根据冷弯型材的结构特点及冲压技术要求,制订了合理的冲压成形工艺方案。分析了不同冲压工艺对板料塑性流动方向的影响。介绍了推挤式复合冲压成形模具结构、工作过程以及设计要点。该模具结构紧凑、效率高、操作安全,能实现冷弯型材准确定位、快速成形、精准校形。According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of cold- forming profiles,the reasonable pressing technology scheme was worked out. The effect of different pressing technology on sheet- flow behavior was analyzed. The structure,work process and design of push and extrusion compound stamping die were introduced. Its compact structure,high efficiency and safe operation enable cold-forming profiles to locate accurately,form quickly and calibrate precisely.
