摘 要:进行了硬质合金涂层刀具YBM251在不同切削速度下车削TC4钛合金的试验,通过KISTLER测力仪9257B测量切削力数据,使用VHX-1000电子显微镜观察刀具磨损.通过MATLAB对切削力信号进行分解及重构,得到低频的切削力信号,提出切削力时域信号斜率Slope,用来表征稳态切削力随时间的变化趋势,分析切削速度对稳态切削力及对时域信号斜率Slope的影响,两者结合较为完整的描述切削速度对切削力的影响规律;并对不同切削速度下的刀具磨损图像进行分析,得到YBM251切削钛合金时不同切削速度下刀具的磨损形态及其对切削力的影响。The test of turning TC4 titanium alloy was done under different velocity by coated carbide YBM251. The cutting force data were acquired by KISTLER dynamometer 9257B and the cutter wear was observed with VHX- 1000 electron microscope. The low frequency signals of cutting force were got by decomposing and reconstructing in MATLAB. The slope of cutting force signal was imported which indicated the trend of steady cutting force with time. The influence of velocity on steady cutting force and slope were analyzed,which combined together to describe the influence of velocity on cutting force. The images of tool wear were analyzed under different velocity and the wear characteristic of tool and influence on the cutting force were got when turning titanium alloy with YBM251.
