摘 要:采用对丝锥刃口进行钝化的方法来提高其切削性能,通过对未钝化与经过钝化丝锥的切削进行比较实验,分析了未钝化与刃口钝化半径为0.01 mm、0.02 mm的丝锥攻丝时的扭矩大小及其波动情况。实验结果表明:对丝锥进行适当的刃口钝化不仅可以减小丝锥切削时承受的扭矩,而且能够缓解其攻丝过程中的载荷波动,这对于改善丝锥攻丝过程,提高切削稳定性,改善螺纹表面质量具有很重要的意义。The passivation of taps' cutting edge was employed to improve the tapping performance. With the comparative tapping experiments between unpassivated and pasivated taps,the torque size and the fluctuation of taps without passivation and taps with the passivation radius of 0. 01mm and 0. 02mm was analyzed. The results showed that the tap properly passivated can not only reduce the rorque during cutting, but also alleviate the load fluctuation in the tapping process,which was very important to improve the cutting stability,the quality of thread surface and tapping process.
