中老年男性血小板压积参考值与地理因素的关系

摘　　要：目的：揭示中老年男性血小板压积参考值的地理分布规律，为制定中老年男性血小板压积参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集全国28个省的县级医院和有关研究单位及高等院校测定的5294例中老年男性血小板压积参考值数据。运用相关分析法分析血小板压积参考值与地理环境之间的相关性；运用多元线性回归和主成分分析方法分别建立模型，然后通过T检验选取最优模型。结果血小板压积参考值与地理因素之间有很显著的相关性（F＝46.658，P＝0.000），中老年健康男性血小板压积参考值的预测模型：Y＾＝-4.190＋0.00100 X1＋0.0480 X6＋0.908 X7＋0.150 X10±2.030。结论通过中国某地的地理环境就可用此模型估算该地区45～80岁中老年男性血小板压积参考值，从地理分布图也可得到中国任何地方中老年男性血小板压积的参考值。Objective To discuss the relationship between the PCT reference value of the health middle -aged and old men and the geographical factors.Methods 5 294 cases of the health middle-aged and old men were collected in 28 provinces of China ,and the correla-tion analysis was used to find the correlation of the geographical factors and the PCT reference value .Results In order to get the best result , the regression analysis and the main factor analysis were chosen.The forecast model was:Y=-4.190+0.00100 X1+0.0480 X6+0.908 X7+0.150 X10 ±2.030.Conclusions If geographical environment of a particular area is obtained ,the PCT reference value of Chinese 45~80 years men in this area could be calculated by this model.The thematic map of the distribution of PCT reference value in different areas of China is obtained ,the distribution condition of the PCT value could be clearly reflected through the map.
