摘　　要：详细统计了2013年我国LED产业外延芯片、封装、应用各环节主要产品产量产值、LED产品价格走势、进出口额及出口市场数据,及我国半导体照明行业主要投资地区、金额、领域占比情况,以及2013年我国LED上市公司的营收利润状况;简要介绍了产业新兴技术及应用领域发展近况;给出了2014年我国LED产业增长预期。摘要:This article presents the statistics of China solid state lighting industry in the year of 2013, including the production outputs of epitaxial wafers and chips, LED devices and lighting products, the changes in the LED product prices, the import and export volume and markets, and also the main investment regions and fi elds, as well as the performance of the listed Chinese LED companies. Moreover, the development of latest LED technologies and application fi elds are briefl y introduced. The 2014 growth forecast for China's LED industry are given at the end of this article.
