摘 要:通过采集安装于西沙群岛极端自然环境下的LED灯具失效情况,研究分析LED灯具在极端环境下的失效机理。首先统计了西沙群岛2012年全年的天气情况,包括温湿度、pH值以及盐雾沉降情况;之后,研究统计LED灯具样品在西沙环境下的光照度数据,腐蚀情况等性能,根据统计结果,分析LED光源与灯具的失效模型,并研究其失效机理,尤其是温度、太阳辐射、温湿度、盐雾沉降等的影响。文章研究内容对于LED灯具失效相关研究领域具有重要意义。摘要:In this paper, the failure situation of LED luminaires which were mounted on the Xisha islands, which have extreme natural environment, was collected. And the failure mechanism of LED luminaires in the extreme environment was researched. Firstly, the weather conditions of Xisha islands in 2012 including temperature and humidity, pH, and salt fog settlement were recorded. Secondly, the illuminance data, corrosion and other properties of LED luminaires in Xisha environment were counted and researched, besides, its failure model and failure mechanism were analyzed, especially focusing on the infl uence of solar radiation, temperature and humidity, salt and fog settlement. This paper had great signifi cance for the research of LED luminaires' failure.
