摘  要:在LED筒灯节能认证技术规范CQC3128-2013与CQC3128-2010的对比基础上,通过检测数据统计分别从光效、光通维持率、显色指数和光生物闪烁等方面对LED筒灯的性能进行光学评价。结果表明,提高光效、光通维持率的技术要求有利于促进LED筒灯的光电品质;显色指数R9>0的提出使得LED筒灯的颜色要求更加饱满;在最新的频闪研究方面关注了LED筒灯的频闪问题,建议在LED筒灯的技术规范制定时,逐步引入和推进频闪的研究进程。摘要:Based on the comparison between Energy Conservation Certification Criteria for LED Downlights CQC3128-2013 and CQC3128-2010, this article gave some optical evaluations for the performances of LED Downlights by statistical testing data, such as effi cacy, lumen maintenance, color rendering index and photobiological flicker. The results showed that the photoelectric quality of LED Downlights can be promoted by improving the technical requirements of effi cacy and lumen maintenance. The proposal of color rendering index R9>0 can make the LED Downlights' color more richer. The fl icker issue of LED Downlights was concerned in the latest fl icker research, and it was suggested to introduce and advance the research process of fl icker in LED Downlights when the next technical criteria would be formulated.
